Self-Service Tools
The AI Momentum Navigator and any other diagnostic tools on this site are provided for informational purposes only. Results reflect the information you choose to provide and are designed to help you think through your situation — they are not professional consultation, strategic advice, or a formal organizational assessment.
Completing a self-service tool does not create a client relationship with digitalBard. A client relationship begins only when both parties have agreed to a formal engagement in writing.

Your proprietary content
Intellectual Property
What belongs to you
Any information, materials, data, strategies, or content you bring to our engagement remains yours. This includes anything you share with us during the course of our work together — your business plans, organizational data, existing processes, and any materials you provide for context or reference. We use your information solely to serve you. We do not claim ownership over any of it.
What belongs to digitalBard
The methodologies, frameworks, tools, approaches, and intellectual processes we use to do our work are ours. These were developed independently of any client engagement and remain the property of digitalBard, regardless of how they are applied during our work together.
Completing an engagement with us does not transfer ownership of our underlying methods to you.
Work product we create together
Deliverables created specifically for your engagement — such as strategy documents, assessments, roadmaps, and recommendations — are yours to use once your account is paid in full. We retain the right to reference the nature of our work together in general terms for business development purposes, but will never disclose your confidential information or identifying details without your written consent. Any case study or public reference will be anonymized.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private. For you, that means your business strategies, organizational challenges, and data. For us, that means our proprietary tools and client-specific materials. This obligation survives the end of our engagement.
A note on AI-assisted work
Some of our work may involve the use of artificial intelligence tools to research, analyze, or draft materials. We take responsibility for reviewing and standing behind all deliverables we provide, regardless of the tools used to produce them. We do not input your confidential information into public AI systems.

Problem Resolution
If Something Goes Wrong
We believe most problems can be solved through honest conversation. Here’s our approach:
Step 1: Direct Communication
- Contact us directly to discuss the issue
- We’ll work together to understand what went wrong
- We’ll propose a solution that works for both parties
Step 2: Mediation
If we can’t resolve it directly, we’ll use a neutral mediator to help us find a solution.
Step 3: Legal Process
Only as a last resort, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
